Link to images Stockland will officially open the new $14.5 million clubhouse at its Halcyon Horizon land lease community in Armstrong Creek on Saturday 25 October, with a community open day to mark the occasion. The Clubhouse is the first of its kind in the region and sets a new benchmark for over-55s living in Victoria. It features resort-style amenities including a gymnasium, a bowling green, a cinema room, pickleball courts, pools, sauna, an outdoor yoga space, and a golf simulator. The launch brings Stockland Halcyon’s total investment in the Geelong region to approximately $741 million across three communities, reinforcing its long-term commitment to supporting the area’s rapid population growth and evolving housing needs.
