COVID-19 cases were steadily ticking up, vaccines were months away and parents were wondering if it was a good idea to let their kids go door-to-door. Although we’re not out of the haunted woods yet, Halloween 2021 finds us in a different place. Daily COVID cases have been declining for the past month and vaccination rates are relatively high, especially in Alberta’s cities.
