Travis Kelce's Ex Kayla Nicole Unfollows Brittany and Patrick Mahomes on Instagram

Nicole, a model and sports media personality, unfollowed Brittany and Patrick, both 28, on Instagram as of Sunday afternoon, amid the rumored relationship between her ex-boyfriend and Swift. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his wife, however, both still follow Nicole, 31, as of Monday afternoon. Nicole, who dated the Chiefs tight end on and off between 2017 and 2022, also unfollowed Patrick’s brother, Jackson Mahomes, on Instagram. A representative for Nicole said she had no comment when reached by PEOPLE. On Saturday, Brittany stepped out for dinner in New York City with Swift and friends as speculation continues about her and Kelce’s rumored relationship. The group, which included Blake Lively and Sophie Turner, dined at the Italian restaurant Emilio’s Ballato for over four hours, with Brittany staying until 1 a.m., while Swift left shortly after around 1:30 a.m. The new pals also watched Sunday’s Chiefs vs. Jets game at MetLife Stadium from the same suite and were spotted chatting in between plays.
