Colonel Garry Matagay, to investigate a viral video showing a Tuguegarao vlogger pulling the hair and verbally abusing his wife on July 23. “I have directed the Tuguegarao Police to investigate, verify the facts and ensure the safety and welfare of the victim in a video aired live earlier in the day showing disturbing violent behavior by a vlogger,” the mayor said in a post on Thursday night (July 23). She said the vlogger has been identified as a villager in Ugac Norte but he was not present in his house when the police first visited.
