The Minnesota Vikings have acquired a quarterback to replace Kirk Cousins on the roster. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Vikings traded for Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Dobbs.The compensation was minimal, as the Vikings sent a sixth-round pick and got a seventh-round pick back with Dobbs.It was inevitable that the Vikings were going to acquire a quarterback, but what level of player and price they would be willing to pay was up in the air.In acquiring Dobbs, they get a veteran with starting experience and someone who can help Jaren Hall as he likely starts his first game on Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.Twitter was ablaze about the news and the reactions were mixed, but most were happy for Dobbs.I actually love this !
