SKIPPACK PA – An alleged theft of 15 different items from a building on the 200 block of Grubb Road in Upper Salford Township, the most valuable of which would make a tasty meal for seafood lovers, is being investigated by Pennsylvania State Police at the Troop K Barracks in Skippack, it reported Friday (Oct. 29, 2021) in a public information release. Troopers said that lobster and crab legs, with a total value of $817, were the most expensive items on a somewhat eclectic list of things owned by a 53-year-old Schwenksville man and identified as missing as a result of the theft. Also said by troopers to be stolen were a breaker bar and socket, valued at $341, specialized saw blades, $194; an electric calculator, $89; and winter gloves purchased from Cabela’s sporting goods, $85. Other tools figured prominently among the taken items too. They included a battery charger for a John Deere Gator-model vehicle, pruning shears, a hammer, and an electrical wire stripper.
