Picture file A man bought a second-hand ute and and used it to hoon around King Island’s roads while friends filmed his “stupid” driving on Snapchat, a court heard.Mitchell Graeme Delaney pleaded guilty in the Burnie Magistrates Court on Wednesday, December 6, to a count of reckless driving and five charges related to individual burnouts late at night in May this year. Delaney, who appeared via video link from King Island, also pleaded guilty to failing to complete transfer of ownership paperwork for the Mazda ute he was driving when he committed the crimes.Police prosecutor Mitchell Sheehy told the court police officers discovered the driving after a number of new skidmarks appeared on the King Island road near the airport on May 25.When they attended Delaney’s house the following day they found the ute parked out the front with a damaged right, rear wheel.Mr Sheehy said police obtained a mobile phone that contained Snapchat video files of Delaney driving recklessly and doing each of the five burnouts, as well as indicating two other people were in the vehicle, and that there was open beers on
