Virgin Australia will expand its exclusive Beyond Lounge network to Perth and invest in a significant refurbishment of its Brisbane domestic Lounge. Once complete, the Virgin Australia Brisbane Lounge will offer 100 additional seats, alongside upgraded facilities and new spaces to work and relax. The Beyond Lounge investment reflects Virgin Australia’s growing corporate customer base in Western Australia, particularly across the energy, mining and resources sectors.   Virgin Australia is also expanding the way it provides dedicated service to its most frequent travellers, with WhatsApp customer service messaging now available exclusively to Beyond members, Velocity Platinum Plus members and Virgin Australia Business Flyer members.
