WhatsApp is now reportedly bringing a blur tool for images for desktop beta users

According to recent reports, WhatsApp, the preeminent example of a meta-owned messaging service, is currently bringing a blur function for photographs to users of its desktop beta. According to a report that was published by WABetaInfo, beta users will soon have access to an additional option in their image editors. This option will provide them the ability to obscure any sensitive information that they may wish to keep private before transmitting an image.The ability to edit photos was originally exclusive to the mobile version of WhatsApp. However, earlier this year, this capability was added to the WhatsApp Web client as well as the desktop program. In June 2022, WABetaInfo made public their discovery that an image-blurring feature was in the process of being developed for desktop users.
