Unlike other apps like Telegram, WhatsApp has been quite slow at releasing chat transfer features. Luckily for us, WABetaInfo found a new feature in the latest WhatsApp beta that will allow you to transfer your WhatsApp chat history from Android to iOS. However, you will need to use Apple‘s ‘Move to iOS’ app. Let’s do a quick refresher on WhatsApp’s current chat transfer abilities. Moving over your chat history from iOS to Samsung devices is currently available. Additionally, WhatsApp and Google worked together to allow iOS to Pixel phone chat transfer. Going from iOS to Android 12 devices with your WhatsApp chats will be allowed in the future, and Android to iOS transfers have been teased by the head of WhatsApp Will Cathcart for months.
