While working as a bartender, Richard Boccato began experimenting with crystal-clear cocktail ice. When other bartenders started asking if they could buy it, that demand became the foundation for Hundredweight Ice. The company grew from fewer than 10 clients to hundreds through word of mouth, bringing in $2.5 million in 2024.
