Feb. 18, 2026, 4:40 a.m. ET Wilmington’s independently owned and operated Penn Cinema Riverfront 14 + IMAX may have the biggest movie screen in Delaware, but the cineplex is about to get smaller. The multiplex will shrink from 12 screens down to 10, while retaining its showcase IMAX theater. (Penn Cinema also houses three additional theaters, but they have not been in use since the COVID-19 pandemic.)
