It reminded us that opera is not just a product of the past, but a living, always regenerating art form. It had its own sub-theme of stories loosely around the theme of mental health, and produced four very different works that were both entertaining and thoughtful. Best of all, it reached out to Edmonton Opera’s faithful audiences, and indeed still does, for all four operas are available for streaming free .
