Meta has announced new features for Facebook and Instagram reels which allow creators to access more editing tools. With the new features rolling out, users will be able to upload longer videos, schedule uploads, create Reels on desktop etc. The new features aim to take on TikTok which Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg says poses ‘unprecedented level of competition. “Reels is already our fastest growing content format by far, and today we’re making it available to everyone on Facebook globally,” Zuckerberg said in a Facebook post.
