According to Downdetector, a platform that tracks service outages based on user reports, YouTube users have reported problems with the app, server connections and video streaming. The outage tracking website shows that 48% of the reported problems are related to the app, while 37% concern server connections. Video streaming accounts for 9% of the reports. The Downdetector chart also shows a rise in YouTube-related reports over the past 24 hours, with a spike recorded during the night before the number of reports declined in the early morning hours.
