Music superstar Lady Gaga got into an unlikely Twitter feud Sunday with President Donald Trump's reelection campaign after they accused her of being anti-fracking.Democratic challenger Joe Biden announced that Gaga would appear with him Monday evening at a drive-in rally in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a state crucial to clinching victory on November 3.Trump's team responded immediately, slamming the joint appearance."Nothing exposes Joe Biden's disdain for the forgotten working men and women of Pennsylvania like campaigning with ant-fracking activist Lady Gaga," campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh said in a statement posted to Twitter."This desperate effort to drum up enthusiasm for his lackluster candidacy is actually a sharp stick in the eye for 600,000 Pennsylvanians who work in the fracking industry," Murtaugh said, adding that Biden has "repeatedly promised left-wing activists" to end fracking should he take office.Fracking -- gas and oil extraction from deep underground rock using an injection of water and chemicals -- boomed in the mid-2000s thanks to new technology.By 2014, it made the US the world's biggest oil and gas producer. But its costs are high: the drilling triggers earthquakes, while research links its air emissions and water contamination to myriad health problems. New York (CNN Business)A deceptively edited video of Joe Biden making it appear the Democratic presidential nominee forgot what state he was in was viewed more than one million times on Twitter over the weekend. In the video, Biden addresses a crowd — saying, "Hello, Minnesota!" The event did, indeed, take place in St Paul, Minnesota. In the unedited, original video, signs in front of and behind Biden on the stage read "Text MN to 30330" — making it clear the event was in Minnesota. However in the false video, the on-stage signs were edited to read "Tampa, Florida," and "Text FL to 30330."The video was shared on Twitter by a person who accused Biden of forgetting what state he was in.One version of the false video circulating on Twitter was viewed more than 1.1 million times in less than 24 hours. The video was only labeled as "manipulated media" by Twitter on Sunday evening after it had more than 1 million views. The user then deleted the video. President Donald Trump's own team and his supporters have repeatedly pushed misleading videos arguing Biden is not mentally fit for office. Back in March, Trump and his campaign promoted a clip that wrongly made it seem like Biden had endorsed Trump. He, of course, hadn't.In August, White House social media director Dan Scavino shared a video that purported to show Biden falling asleep during a TV interview. This news comes by way of Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg, who confirmed as such during the company's recent quarterly earnings call. This is exponential growth, at least in terms of WhatsApp's use over the past six years. In just 2014, the messaging app was being used for about 50 billion texts daily, according to former chief executive Jan Koum. Halloween officially kicked off this weekend, and many took the opportunity to relish in spooky content - or share their creative costumes - on social media. The holiday usually brings a slew of impressive outfits from celebrities, but it looks like one might have led to a less-than-positive chain of events. On Sunday, fans noticed that rapper and musician Travis Scott appeared to deactivate his Instagram account -- and some suspect that it could have been tied to his Halloween costume. Over the weekend, Scott had shown photos of himself dressed as DC hero Batman -- which were quickly met with backlash and jokes on social media.
