Instagram and Facebook Messenger, both under the umbrella of Facebook, seem to be glitching for users worldwide. Facebook Messenger users report that new messages aren’t coming in and Instagram users are reporting similar issues with direct messages. Complaints against both platforms seem to have started at around 3:00 pm Indian Standard Time (IST). In what seems to be a cross-platform issue, both Facebook Messenger and Instagram users are reporting glitches with their apps. But, the Mark Zuckerberg-owned enterprise, which is currently in the throws of two massive anti-trust lawsuits in the US, has no update on what's wrong. The two began communicating on Facebook and later Snapchat, according to court documents.On Snapchat, the two sent nude photos and videos to each other. In July 2019, Pacheco allegedly picked the girl up after she sneaked out of her house and they had sex, according to court documents. During one of the encounters, Pacheco asked to film the sexual intercourse but she declined.

Jamar "Jay Polo" Antonio Ellis, 28, is required to register as a sex offender because of multiple previous convictions for sex offenses involving children in several Arkansas counties. Texarkana, Texas, police arrested Ellis on the current charge. Detective Cliff Harris began an investigation Nov. 2 into a report of the girl receiving solicitous messages from a man on the SnapChat application who identified himself as "Jay Polo," according to a probable-cause affidavit. Messages sent to the girl Oct. 20 were preserved by an adult family member of the child and provided to police. The girl reported she installed the SnapChat app on her phone at the request of a school friend, and that soon afterward she began receiving messages asking her for sex, the affidavit said. The 13-year-old girl told the man messaging her she was 15 when he commented on how young she looked, according to the affidavit.
