The group is said to be made up of over 100 children in Warrington, according to the force. "Those identified as involved have been spoken to by their respective school and parents made aware" they said. INDIANAPOLIS (Gray News) – A mom in Indiana is facing charges after she allegedly told a man he could sexually assault her 7-month-old daughter in exchange for $400, according to reports. PEOPLE reports that 32-year-old Morgan Stapp, a mother of seven kids, is facing a child sex trafficking charge. Morgan Stapp, 32, is facing a child sex trafficking charge. However, police said they found the message was sent from her phone at her home. According to WTTV, Stapp sent three photos of her infant daughter with the message, “U can f*** her for 400$. Half now rest after. I’ll send my address. I do live alone, and her dad is not in the picture.” Snapchat initially flagged the message to authorities, and 10 days later, FBI agents showed up at Stapp’s home. July 17, 2025 Staff report GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Quentin Elijah Emslie, 19, was arrested today on 13 child pornography charges. On June 23, 2024, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a CyberTip about a child sexual abuse (CSAM) image uploaded to a Snapchat account and then sent to another user. Snapchat provided the username on the account, the date of birth (the same as Emslie’s), a phone number associated with the account, and a login IP address. In response to a subpoena, T-Mobile reportedly told Gainesville Police Department (GPD) that the phone number associated with the account belonged to Emslie. A search warrant was sent to Snapchat for the contents of the Snapchat account, and the response reportedly included over 100 “selfies” of Emslie and “numerous” pictures of his body and/or body parts, including his genitals. The response also reportedly produced two additional CSAM videos. Snapchat also reportedly provided conversations between the Snapchat account and other users, and in those conversations, the suspect’s Snapchat account reportedly discussed “liking” girls around 12 or 13 years old and sent images to other users. An athletic trainer at Sequatchie County High School has been charged with two felony counts after illicit images involving animals and animated children were allegedly found on his cell phone. Donald Brent Oliver, 57, of Sparta, Tennessee, is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and sexual activity with animals, according to jail and court records. The matter came to light when a school district administrator notified the state Department of Children's Services and local law enforcement "of an allegation that a former employee had engaged in inappropriate communication with a student via social media," a letter to parents issued by Director of Schools Sarai Pierce said. The letter doesn't mention criminal allegations now filed against Oliver. "We have been working in close coordination with the police on this situation, and the individual is no longer employed by the school district," Pierce said in the letter.
