Following a report in The Daily Signal, the video platform Vimeo quietly restored the account hosting the documentary “Affirmation Generation,” a film exposing the medical scandal of experimental transgender interventions. “Vimeo quietly—without an email reply to my appeal as of Thursday a.m.—has reinstated our film on the original link,” Vera Lindner, the film’s producer, told The Daily Signal on Thursday. Lindner also shared a photo of Vimeo’s announcement that “upon a secondary review,” the company had “determined that the video is within our Acceptable Use Policy and has been reinstated to be available on Vimeo.” (The video is available at this link.) Vimeo confirmed the news in a written statement to The Daily Signal. “Vimeo maintains an Acceptable Use Policy to moderate our platform,” a company spokesperson said. “In the event we determine that an account has uploaded content that violates our terms, we will take appropriate action including content removal and, potentially, account termination. Vimeo users may challenge our decision and we may conduct a secondary review.” “Upon a secondary review of the video ‘Affirmation Generation,’ we have determined that the video is within our acceptable use policy and has been reinstated to be available on Vimeo,” the spokesperson added. The documentary explores the potential dangers of the model of healthcare that “affirms” both children and adults in their transgender identities with powerful hormones and irreversible surgeries rather than noninvasive treatment options. “There is no room for such censorship in a democratic society,” the film’s creator, Vera Lindner, told The Daily Wire. “The detransitioners, who are shunned, silenced and brutalized online, have been silenced again.”The film features stories from six detransitioners who were steered into irreversible sex change treatments and now regret their procedures. Many described being affirmed on their first appointment and pushed toward medical transition without adequate diagnosis or mental health evaluations.“Detransitioners Michelle, Laura, Cat, David, Joel and Abel tell their stories of their gender distress, transgender medicalization, and subsequent detransition,” reads the documentary press release. “Without diagnostic clarity

As soon as the film was released, there was pressure from trans activists for it to be taken down, and last night filmmaker Vera Lindner announced that the activists had been successful. Lindner provided a back-up Dropbox link to be used until an alternate platform can be found. LGB activist & lifelong Liberal Democrat Joey Brite, the executive producer, told The Post Millennial that the goal of the documentary was “to expose the dangers of the experimental drugs and surgeries being promoted and adopted by medical professionals and health clinicians in every aspect of American society.” She hoped it would “leave the viewer with new insights into psychological and medical practices that most Americans don't even know are going on.” Dr. Julia Mason, who is featured in the film, first tweeted to say that activists were attempting to get it removed just hours after it was released. Mason is a pediatrician who has been campaigning for years to get the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)

The board reversed O’Keefe’s firing of two top executives, and received a lengthy memo from unhappy employees detailing O’Keefe’s allegedly “outright cruel” conduct.A video of O’Keefe announcing his exit was posted to the video website Vimeo. In it, an emotional O’Keefe, standing in front of his desk and a Project Veritas backdrop, claimed he had been pushed out by the board after telling its members to either quit themselves or face his resignation—a gambit that apparently failed. In the 45-minute video, O’Keefe got choked up, quoted Ayn Rand’s The Fountainhead, and appeared to wipe away tears as he announced his plans for a new Project Veritas-type group.“We few, we happy few, we band of brothers and sisters,” O’Keefe said in closing, paraphrasing William Shakespeare’s Henry

The victory propels the Spuds to their first state tournament berth since 2006. Moorhead started the scoring midway through the first period on a Bria Holm power play goal. Then, two minutes into the second period the Rams struck back tying the game a 1-1. The third period turned into the Kate Kosobud show… at least when it came to scoring goals! Kosobud scored at the 8:30 mark of the third period to give the Spuds a 2-1 lead. Towards the tail end of the final period Roseau pulled its goaltender and Kosobud struck again, giving the Spuds a 3-1 lead. Once the dust settled the Spuds were hoisting the Section Championship trophy after downing the Rams by a score of 3-1. Moorhead will find out its seed in the MSHSL Girls Hockey AA State Tournament tomorrow morning. The state tournament will begin on Thursday, Feb 23. Larry Knutson will have all the play-by-play coverage of the Spuds’ state tournament run on WDAY Radio. A full replay of the game is available on Spuds.TV: https://vimeo.com/spudstv
