Linda Yaccarino, less than a month after stepping down as CEO of Elon Musk’s X, has found her next gig. Yaccarino has been named CEO of Miami-based eMed Population Health, which calls itself “the leading digital health platform for GLP-1/GIP population health management.” That refers to the class of weight-loss drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic. Yaccarino’s hiring “is a game-changing moment in eMed’s mission to make safe, effective and sustainable chronic care accessible directly through an all-in-one, digital-first experience,” the company said Tuesday. “Further, as the company expands its services to accommodate additional national and global employer and government partnerships, Yaccarino’s years of experience will be instrumental in developing innovative programs focusing on the future of peptide population health management.” Popular on Variety Yaccarino stepped down last month from Musk’s X (formerly Twitter) after two years leading business operations at the social network.
