According to CCSO, an investigation revealed Yasinskiy used Snapchat to communicate with and lure an underage victim. CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. — Deputies with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) arrested Vitaliy Yasinskiy, 40, on multiple rape and sex abused charges on Wednesday. Investigators are concerned there could be more victims. According to CCSO, an investigation revealed Yasinskiy used Snapchat to communicate with and lure an underage victim. Deputies booked him into the Clackamas County jail on the following charges: 4 counts of Rape in the 3rd Degree5 counts of Sex Abuse in the 3rd Degree5 counts of Sodomy in the 3rd Degree7 counts of Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the 1st Degree6 counts of Prostitution Anyone with information about Yasinskiy's criminal activity or additional victims is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 503-723-4949 or fill out an online email form. Ofsted inspectors were told that boys are sharing “nudes” among themselves like a “collection game” on platforms such as WhatsApp and Snapchat, while some girls have experienced “unwanted touching in school corridors”. The watchdog visited 32 state and private schools and colleges and spoke to more than 900 young people about sexual harassment after thousands of testimonials were posted on a website. In April, the Government asked the schools watchdog to look at safeguarding policies and experiences in schools and colleges following the deluge of anonymous reports made to website Everyone’s Invited. Cathie Wood-led Ark Investment Management on Monday booked profit in DocuSign Inc (NASDAQ:DOCU) for a second straight day, after boosting confidence in the e-signature company’s ability to draw more customers. Ark Invest sold 46,938 shares, estimated to be worth about $11.37 million, in DocuSign as shares of the San Francisco, California-based company closed 0.56% higher at $242.32 on Tuesday. Shares of DocuSign have risen about 4% since Friday. Wood’s firm said on Friday, after market hours, DocuSign appears to be gaining traction in international markets and the growth in its Agreement Cloud amid COVID-19 is not a temporary shift.  Wood’s firm sold the shares in DocuSign via the Ark Innovation ETF (NYSE:ARKK). Ark also holds a stake in the company via the Ark Next Generation Internet ETF (NYSE:ARKW). The TikTok, which has over 144-thousand views, was posted Friday and references Snapchat videos of students clad in Trump flags, and accused them of harassing non-straight students. The woman says her son (who recently came out to her as transgender) told her about the incidents, while saying teachers did nothing. A separate post by the local activist group 661VoicesHeard says students screenshotted another snap, showing a pride flag in a urinal. According to posts, at least one student urinated on it.
